"Horrible Customer Services Contacted State Farm Insurance in Arlington, Texas, and spoke to a Jasmine Alavardo on Monday December 9th 2024 regarding a liability policy for my business. I answered all of her questions regarding general liability insurance. She told me that she could write the policy and cover the liability insurance . She sent me a quote on that same day for an annual premium of $818. I called her and gave her my credit card and I was charged $818. She called me back on Wednesday, December 18 of 2024 and said that underwriting could not write this insurance and that she would be crediting my credit card back the $818 premium. I have contacted State Farm and Jasmine multiple times since December 18 and have not heard back and have not received my $818 premium back. They like to take your money but not refund when they cannot issue the insurance. Stay clear of this agency!"
